I graduated from Walden University with an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2025, and I am passionate about working with younger populations, including children aged 6 years old to those in young adulthood.
When I am not doing therapy, I enjoy spinning fire poi, taking my dog on walks, going to the dog park, being in the water, going on road trips, and camping. Additionally, I love spending time with my three younger brothers, dad, and stepmom, who all live down in AZ, as well as visiting my mom, who lives in Hawaii, where I spent the majority of my childhood growing up.

I am originally from San Francisco/Daly City. Recieved my undergrad bachelor for Asian American Studies in San Francisco State University. Moved to Las Vegas in 2007 and continued my education at UNLV with bachelors in in Psychology and my Masters of Social Work at UNR.
I support individuals of all ages. Life can get complicated, and sometimes you just need a place to slow down, reflect, and figure out your next steps with someone who’s in your corner.
Our work together is collaborative. We’ll identify what’s getting in your way, build on your strengths, and create meaningful, intentional changes that align with the life you want to live. My goal isn’t just to help you feel better—it’s to help you feel more confident, more aware, and more like yourself.
I’d love to connect and begin the next chapter in your life. Reach out to me to schedule a free 15-minute consultation.

My philosophy on healing and therapy begins with a simple truth: we are not broken beings in need of fixing—we are whole beings in need of remembering. I believe we all already carry within us what we need. The capacity for healing, love, clarity, and connection is not something given to us—it’s something uncovered. Therapy is not about adding something new, but about creating the space for what is already there to emerge. What brings people into therapy is often not brokenness, but protection. The patterns we develop such as control, withdrawal, over-functioning. All are intelligent adaptations shaped by our need for safety. When we begin to understand them this way, we shift from judgment to curiosity, and from shame to compassion. Healing is the process of uncovering the deeper meaning beneath what we do. Instead of asking “How do I change this?” we begin to ask, “What is this protecting?” In that space, we learn not to get rid of parts of ourselves, but to listen to them. I see therapy as a relational space where safety is experienced, not just discussed. Because without safety, there can be no vulnerability—and without vulnerability, no lasting change. Healing happens in relationship, as much as it does within the individual. At its core, my approach is about helping people return to themselves.. the part beneath fear and survival strategies. We are not becoming someone new. We are remembering who we’ve always been.
